ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATION RESOURCE COORDINATORS

What is an AARC?

UW‑Madison’s Faculty Senate, in Document 1071, affirmed that accommodation of qualified students with disabilities in instructional programs is a shared faculty and student responsibility. To this end, each department has appointed an Access and Accommodation Resource Coordinator to help faculty, staff and students address issues of access and accommodation in the instructional setting.
